Weight Loss/Healthy Diet/Exercise Class
The class started Wednesday, August 17, 2011, with a fitness walk around the levee. The classes will continue each Wednesday from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Attendees will take turns providing a healthy snack (around 200 calories per serving) for the class. Weight and blood pressure will be taken; class members are free to decide whether or not to record the measurements.
There is no charge for the weight loss class or the exercise activities.
