Judgment Symbols

Triquetra. Any design of three equal parts may symbolize the Holy Trinity,
one God in Three Persons.

Open Book. The written Word, the Bible, is the Inspired, Inerrant Word of
God and shall stand throughout all the ages. "The Word of God Endures
Forever." Psalms 19 and 119; I Corinthians 2:13; I Thessalonians 2:13; II
Timothy 3:16. Also the books of record and the Lamb's Book of Life.
Revelation 20:11-15.

Sword. "For the Word of God is living and active, sharper than any double-
edged sword, penetrating even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and
marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart." Hebrews 4:12.
Such a sword proceeds from the mouth of Christ to judge the nations.
Revelation 19:11-16.

Scales of Justice. Through the Sacrifice and shed blood of Christ, God's
justice is merciful and His mercy is just to them that know
and love Him. But to them that reject the Savior and His sacrifice, the
wrath of God and His full justice shall come. Psalm 96:13; Ecclesiastes 12:14;

Matthew 25:31-46; Romans 2:5-10; II Corinthians 5:10; I Peter 4:5; Revelation
20:11-14.

Wheat and Tares. "Sons of the Kingdom --sons of the evil one." Matthew 13:24-
30, 37-43. This parable depicts the separation of the false believers from
the true believers at the end of the age prior to the great harvest of all
who trust in Christ alone for their salvation. "The righteous will shine
like the sun in the Kingdom of their Father."
